An Amazing Inventor
I just love this clip! Have you heard of Woody Norris? I was checking out some of the TED conferences and found this guy in the ingenius section. He has developed an invention to focus sound in a particular area, and the directed sound is produced just outside the person’s ears. It’s astonishing.
He has created 15 inventions, has 44 patents and he doesn’t have a formal college education. He’s not opposed to education but feels to invent you need a particular skill set that could be derailed surviving the school system. He is not shy about saying how much money he is making…and makes it sound easy.
My favorite line in his bio is this, ”Hardly anything has been invented yet…so go out and invent!”
